Citrus Marinade
  • 2 Tbsp light soy sauce

  • 2 Tbsp orange juice

  • 1 Tbsp catsup

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

 
Directions: 
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk.  Marinate meat choice for 30 to 60 minutes.
Makes 1/2 cup of marinade and can be used to marinate approximately 16 oz of meat.
Excellent on scallops, tuna and swordfish.
