Creamy Banana Nut Smoothie
  • 1/2 whole banana

  • 1 T. peanut butter

  • 1/3 c. light vanilla soy milk

  • 1/3 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt

  • 3/4 c. ice

 
Directions: 
Combine all ingredients in blender.
Blend until ice fully blended.
Can add or reduce amount of ice based on thickness preference of smoothie.
Serves 1.  Approximately 195 calories, 11 grams protein per serving.
