Peachy Mango Smoothie
  • 1/2 Fresh Mango

  • 1/2 Fresh Peach

  • 1/4 c. light or half sugar orange juice

  • 1/3 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt

  • 3/4 c. ice

 
Directions: 
Combine all ingredients in blender.  
Blend until ice fully blended.  
Can add or reduce amount of ice based on thickness preference of smoothie
Serves 1.  Approximately 125 calories per serving.
