Steak BBQ Wrap-Up
  • 2 c. baby spinach

  • 3/4 c. frozen corn

  • 1 c. red kidney or black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 3/4 c. reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese

  • 4 T. barbecue sauce

  • 4 - 8" whole grain tortillas

  • 2 c. sliced thin steak cooked or cooked chicken breast cubed

  • 4 T. salsa (optional)

 

 
Directions: 
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Top tortillas with equal amounts of spinach beans, corn, cheese, sauce, salsa, and steak or chicken.  Wrap tortilla.
2) Heat tortilla wraps in baking dish coated with cooking spray for 8-10 minutes, or until tortilla lightly browned.  
Prep time: ~10 minutes	Cook time: 8-10 minutes	Servings: 4 
Approximately 350 calories per wrap, 6 gm fat, 24 gm protein per serving.
