Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine margarine, brown sugar and pretzels and press into a 13x9x2 inch pan.
Bake for 10 minutes; cool.
Prepare gelatin according to package directions. Add sliced strawberries and cool in refrigerator until gelatin begins to set.
In a mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar. Once blended, fold Cool Whip into cream cheese mixture.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over cooled crust. Pour semi-firm gelatin on top of cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares and serve.
Great as a side salad or quick summer dessert!
