Apple Dip
  • 1 (8oz) package Fat-free Cream Cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts

  • Your choice of apples, cored and sliced

 
Directions: 
With a mixer, blend cream cheese, vanilla and brown sugar until smooth.
Place in a serving bowl and top with peanuts.
Serve with sliced apples and enjoy!  Kids will love this dip too!
