Directions:
Spread cream cheese on bread slices. Divide the banana over 2 slices of bread and top each with remaining slice of bread.
Combine milk, egg, and vanilla in small bowl. Beat lightly with a fork.
Spray cooking spray in non-stick skillet over medium heat. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture.
Place sandwiches in skillet and cook until golden brown on each side.
Place each stuffed French toast on plate and top with 1 T. maple syrup and half of sliced strawberries.
Serves 2. Approximately 300 calories, 9 gm protein, 4 gm fiber per serving
Hint: Try warming the maple syrup by microwaving it for about 15-20 seconds.
