Orange-Yogurt Cheese
  • 16 ounce plain yogurt

  • 4 T. orange marmalade

  • 1 tsp orange or lemon zest (peel of orange or lemon finely shredded) 

 

 
Directions: 
Yogurt Cheese - Line a small colander with a few layers of cheesecloth or clean paper coffee filters.  Suspend colander over a bowl.  
Spoon yogurt into colander and cover with plastic wrap.  Chill for at least 24 hours.  Discard liquid.  
Transfer cheese into bowl.  Combine yogurt cheese, orange marmalade, and orange zest.  
Try the recipe spread on top of a thin spice cookie with a mandarin orange slice.  The recipe is also a great for topping fresh berries.
