Directions:
In medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Stir in oats and fiber one. Once mixture boils reduce heat to low.
Cook uncovered stirring for about 5 minutes or until most of water is absorbed.
Remove from heat. Add cinnamon and spoon into serving bowl. Let cool slightly. Then top with 1 T. brown sugar and 1/2 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt.
Serves 2 - Approximately 265 calories, 9 gm protein, 9.5 gm fiber per serving
Hint: Try adding walnuts, flaxseed, milk, and fruit such as berries or bananas for more flavor.
