Directions:
Prepare ahead of time an 8" pan very lightly coated in margarine.
In a medium saucepan heat tub margarine, sugar, and half and half over medium to high heat until reaching a boil.
Stir constantly. Boiling point may take up to 3-5 minutes.
Once boiling reduced heat to a medium boil or simmer. Continue to stir and cook for 12 minutes.
Remove from heat and add marshmallow, chocolate, vanilla, and nuts. Stir until melted and combined.
Once melted mix completely stirring for 1 more minute. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Cool for about 3-4 hours in refrigerator until set. Cut and serve.
Notes: Be sure to use tub margarine vs. stick margarine to ensure there is no trans fat.
