Directions:
1) Cook pasta according to package directions. Return spaghetti to warm saucepan. Stir in EVOO. Stir in egg and parmesan cheese.
2) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium skillet spray with cooking spray and add veggie burger, onion, and green pepper.
Cook 1-2 minutes and add spaghetti sauce; heat through.
3) Coat a 9 inch pie plate or cake pan with cooking spray. Press spaghetti mixture on bottom and sides to create a crust.
Evenly spread cottage cheese over noodle crust. Spread veggie burger mixture on top of cottage cheese. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
4) Bake for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Cut into wedges to serve.
