Spicy Marinated Shrimp
  • 2 T. olive oil

  • 2 T. lemon juice

  • 2 green onion, finely chopped

  • 2 T. horseradish, prepared

 

  • 2 T. ketchup

  • 1 tsp Tabasco sauce

  • 1 tsp honey Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 2 lb shrimp

Directions: 
Combine all ingredients but shrimp in a bowl. Add shrimp tossing to fully coat.  
If using frozen shrimp be sure shrimp is fully thawed before combining.  
Cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight. 
Transfer to serving bowl and serve with toothpicks.
Yields:  30-40 shrimp
