Healthy Party Trail Mix
  • 1 c. low fat granola

  • 2 c. multi-grain cheerios

  • 3/4 c. peanuts

  • 1/2 c. milk chocolate chips

  • 3/4 c. broken pretzels

  • 1/4 c. cherry craisins

  • 1/4 c. raisins

 

 
Directions: 
1) Combine all ingredients and serve.  Feel free to change dried fruit or nut to fruit or nut of choice
Prep Time: ~10 minutes	Serving: 1/4 cup
Approximately 110 calories, 4.5 gm fat,  2 gm protein per serving
